This spring was welcomed with a scoop of spagnola (fiori di latte and wild black sour cherries) resting sweetly on a bed of creamy pistachio. It was pink and green and cold and so very delicious. rather peckish can hardly wait for summer!

On a scale of 1-10, where does il gelatiere fall? And Dolce?
